- V1V2V3.Z1Z2.Y1Y2.MX1X2 is a unit code according to the National Technical Regulation on the structure of identifiers and packet data format for connection of document management and administration systems specified in this Circular. Circular No. 10/2016/TT BTTTT dated April 1, 2016 of the Minister of Information and Communications.
- YYMMDD is the date of receipt of the application, including 06 numeric characters. In which, YY is the last 02 digits of the year, MM is 02 digits of the month, DD is 02 digits of the day.
