1. The Ministry of Information and Communications shall chair, in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Science and Technology, relevant ministries and central authorities, and the People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, to develop specific plans for implementation; guide and direct the implementation of communication activities for the annual National Digital Transformation Day in a practical, effective, and economical manner.
2. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, the People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities based on the plan and guidance of the Ministry of Information and Communications and the actual conditions of each ministry, central authority, and local authority, to organize appropriate communication activities for the annual National Digital Transformation Day.
3. The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, associations and unions in the field of information and communication, shall direct their affiliate organizations to participate in and organize communication activities for the annual National Digital Transformation Day.
4. Vietnam Television, The Voice of Vietnam, and the Vietnam News Agency shall establish plans to propagate on their channels about digital transformation and the National Digital Transformation Day.
5. Central and local news agencies and press organizations shall intensify the propagation, promotion of National Digital Transformation Day; develop programs to introduce and commend exemplary agencies, organizations, and enterprises leading in the application of new technologies and models; organize foreign communications and promote National Digital Transformation Day abroad.
