- In case the labor titles in the labor cost component are not included in the Joint Circular 24/2014/TTLT-BKHCN-BNV, Circular 01/2000/TT-BKHCN, Circular 02/2022/ TT-BVHTTDL of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and salary classification of library staff, shall apply according to Decree 204/2004/ND-CP, Decree No. Decree 117/2016/ND-CP (amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 204/2004/ND-CP) or applying other equivalent professional titles of public employees.
Circular 12/2022/TT-BKHCN takes effect from October 1, 2022.
