- Regulations on judicial assessment of relics and antiquities comply with the provisions of Circular 03/2019/TT-BVHTTDL dated July 5, 2019 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism providing regulations submit judicial assessment of relics and antiquities and Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BVHTTDL dated June 1, 2021 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism supplementing a number of articles of the Circulars regulates the process of judicial expertise in the field of culture.

- Regulations on judicial assessment of cultural products comply with the provisions of Circular 08/2019/TT-BVHTTDL dated September 3, 2019 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism stipulating the process Judicial assessment of cultural products and Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BVHTTDL dated June 1, 2021 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism supplementing a number of articles of the Circulars judicial assessment process in the field of culture.

- Judicial expertise in other specialties shall be carried out on the basis of legal documents providing for expertise in expertise.

- The judicial expertise in the field of culture must be based on legal documents in force at the time of the incident.
