What are the contents of the cadastral book in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 21 of Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT stipulating that the contents of the cadastral book shall include the following data:
- Data on the number, address area ofa land plot or trespassed land;
- Data on the land users, person assigned to manage the land by the State;
- Data on land use right, land management rights;
- Data on property on land (including data on the owners of property on land);
- Data on the legal status of land use rights, ownership of property on land;
- Data on change in the land use and ownership of property on land
How to update and adjust cadastral book changes in Vietnam?
Pursuant to subsection 6, Section II, Guidelines for the presentation of information on the electronic cadastral book issued together with Circular 24/2014/TT-BTNMT providing for updating and adjusting the cadastral book changes as follows:
- In case of change of land plot separation to form new land plots, in the section "Changes in land use and ownership of land-attached assets" of the land parcel registration page before the separation, write "Separation into land parcels" number ... (insert the serial number of the land plot separated from the old land parcel), according to the application number ... (write the code of the registration application file)”;
