What are the contents of the admission project for higher education institutions in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Regulation on university and college admissions in Early Childhood Education promulgated together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, it stipulates:

Admission project
1. The training institution formulates, publishes and implements the admission scheme to fulfill its accountability and commitment to candidates, state management agencies and society. The admission project must contain sufficient information as a basis for:
a) Candidates choose schools, majors, training programs and admission methods suitable to their individual capacities, interests and conditions; prepare the conditions for participating in the recruitment and take steps according to the admission plan of the training institution;
b) State and social management agencies supervise the implementation of the law and the training institution's commitments to learners in admission and training.
2. Main contents of the admission project include:
a) Introduction information about the training institution, disciplines and training programs, including information on the decision to open majors, training languages, teaching staff, study and research conditions, diplomas; graduation, quality assessment results, percentage of graduates (out of total admissions) and employment rates appropriate to the graduates' professional qualifications (according to Appendix III of the Regulation);
b) Full information on training costs, tuition fees, admission service fees and other service fees for the whole course schedule and each academic year; scholarship policy, tuition fee exemption and reduction, financial support, dormitory accommodation and other preferential and supportive policies for learners;
c) Admission plan and scope of admission for each year (in which the first round of regular university and college admission must be consistent with the general plan promulgated by the Ministry of Education and Training), including regulations on subjects and admission conditions, admission methods, selection combinations and admission targets for training disciplines and programs; registration process and procedures and other necessary information for candidates;
d) Plans to deal with risks when implementing admission work and commitment of responsibilities of the training institution.
3. The training institution shall notify the admission together with the announcement of the admission scheme on the website of the training institution and through other appropriate forms before opening the registration for the first round of admission at least 30 days; in case of adjustment, supplement (if any) at least 15 days in advance.

Accordingly, in order to serve as a basis for candidates to choose schools, majors, training programs, admission methods; prepare the conditions to participate in the recruitment. And let state management agencies and society supervise. The content of the admission proposal must include:

- Information about training institutions, disciplines and training programs, including information on the decision to open majors, training languages, teaching staff, learning and research conditions, good diplomas professional qualifications, quality accreditation results, graduation rate (total admission) and employment rate matching graduates' professional qualifications;

- Full information on training costs, tuition fees, admission service fees and other service fees for the course and each academic year; scholarship policy, tuition fee exemption and reduction, financial support, dormitory accommodation and other preferential and supportive policies for learners;

- The admission plan and the scope of admission for each period of the year (in which the first round of regular university and college admission must be consistent with the general plan issued by the Ministry of Education and Training), including regulations on subjects and students. admission conditions, admission methods, selection combinations and admission quotas for training disciplines and programs; registration process and procedures and other necessary information for candidates;

- Plans to deal with risks when implementing the admission work and commitment of the training institution's responsibility.
