The organizational structure of the Customs Control and Supervision Department has the following departments:
1. General Room.
2. Department of Control and Supervision of Import and Export Goods (Department of Supervision 1).
3. Department of Control and Supervision of goods for investment, processing and export production (Department of Supervision 2).
4. Department of Control and Supervision of other goods (Department of Supervision 3).
5. Department of Control and Supervision of Origin of Goods and Intellectual Property (Department of Supervision 4).
6. Department of Control and Supervision of entry and exit locations and means (Management Department 5).

The specific tasks of the departments are prescribed by the Director of the General Department of Customs.
