Pursuant to Announcement 236/TB/TTCC115 Download on the application for participation in recruitment, applicants for public employee recruitment must submit the Application form No. 01, which was issued along with Decree 85/2023/ND-CP.

The deadline for submitting the Application form for applicants is 30 days from the date of the public recruitment announcement on mass media, on the electronic information page, and publicly posted at the working headquarters of the 115 Emergency Center.

Applicants for public employee recruitment must directly submit the Application form at the receiving location of the 115 Emergency Center (bringing the original copies of their qualifications for verification).

The deadline for submitting the Application form for applicants is 30 days, from April 8, 2024, to May 7, 2024.

Registration fee for consideration: No fee will be charged.

What are the requirements for officials for the 115 Emergency Center in Ho Chi Minh City?

Pursuant to sub-section 1, Section III of Announcement 236/TB/TTCC115, applicants must meet the criteria for character, professional competence, and capabilities as required by the job position and professional titles. They must also meet the following registration requirements:

- Have the Application form.

- Have a clear personal history.

- Have appropriate qualifications, training certificates, and professional certificates for the job position (Qualification and certificate verification will be conducted for selected candidates according to regulations).

- Have sufficient health conditions to perform the duties and tasks of the registered job position.

- Meet other requirements as specified by the job position determined by the Center in the recruitment criteria (attached), regardless of the type of training.

Who is not eligible to apply for public employee recruitment in Vietnam?

The following individuals are not eligible to apply for public employee recruitment according to the provisions of Article 22 of the Law on Public Employees in 2010 as amended and supplemented in point a, clause 12 of Article 2 of the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Officials and the Law on Public Employees in 2019:

- Having lost civil act capacity or having such capacity restricted.

- Being examined for penal liability; currently serving a criminal sentence or ruling of the court or serving the administrative measure of confinement to a compulsory detoxification establishment, an compulsory education establishment or a reformatory.

What are the criteria for each position associated with professional titles for public employees in Vietnam?

The criteria for each position associated with professional titles for public employees are based on sub-section 3, Section III of Announcement 236/TB/TTCC115, as follows:

- Academic qualifications: (according to the attached recruitment criteria).

- Requirements for computer skills, foreign language (English), and other standards specific to the position (according to the attached recruitment criteria).

Note: For positions associated with professional titles that do not require language certificates or computer skills as regulated in Circular 02/2021/TT-BNV, Circular 06/2022/TT-BNV, Circular 03/2022/TT-BYT, etc., but require basic IT skills and proficiency in a foreign language (English), candidates will be assessed for their language skills and computer skills during the second round of interviews.

In addition, there are exemptions from the foreign language test for the following cases:

- Having a foreign language (English) major degree at the same level of training or at a higher level than the required professional qualifications for the applied position.

- Having a degree at the same level of training or at a higher level than the required professional qualifications for the applied position, studying abroad or studying in Vietnam with a foreign language (English) program recognized by the competent authority or recognized according to legal regulations.

- Having a standard foreign language output degree certificate that is equivalent to or higher than the required foreign language standard for the applied position.

Selected candidates will undergo verification of their qualifications and certificates according to regulations.
