By the end of the program, students will have achieved Level 3 proficiency in the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam, creating a foundation for using English in their studies and developing lifelong learning habits to become global citizens in the era of integration.

The General Education Program for English contributes to the formation and development of key qualities (patriotism, compassion, diligence, honesty, responsibility) and general competencies (self-control and self-learning, communication and collaboration, problem solving and creativity).
- Specific Requirements for Upper Secondary School Level:
+ After completing the English program for upper secondary school, students should be able to achieve Level 3 proficiency in the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam.
They should be able to "understand the main ideas of standard texts or speeches on familiar topics in work, school, entertainment, etc. They can handle most situations that arise in places where the language is used.
They can write simple paragraphs on familiar topics or personal interests.
