In Notice 05/TB-VKS in 2023, the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City has decided to recruit 99 civil servants of the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City, including the following ranks:
- Procurator: It is expected to recruit 98 civil servants.
- Other professional ranks: It is expected to recruit 01 civil servant performing information technology duties.
What are the criteria for taking exams for civil servant recruitment at the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City?
Pursuant to Section 2 of Notice 05/TB-VKS, the criteria for taking exams for civil servant recruitment at the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City are:
- Be a Vietnamese citizen and reside in Vietnam.
- Application age: For men not exceeding 35 years old; for women not exceeding 30 years old.
- Have an application form; have clear background, have family and applicant history that fail to commit violations against the regulations of the Party, the State, and the People's Procuracy on internal political protection of the People's Procuracy.
- Have good moral qualities.
- Be sufficient health to work according to the conclusions of the competent health authority; be free of dimorphism, deformities, disabilities, stuttering, or lisping; men are 1.60 m tall and weigh 50 kg or more; women are 1.55 m tall and weigh 45 kg or less. The regulations on height and weight shall not apply to persons recruited as other professional civil servants.
- Procurators with a Bachelor of Laws degree or higher; for other candidates, they must have a university degree or higher in the proper major.
- Have been trained in procuratorial skills (applicable to procurators).
- Have been prequalified by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee (In case of other subjects considered and decided by the Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy).
- In terms of foreign language certificates and computer skills:
+ Have a level 2 foreign language certificate of the foreign language proficiency framework in Vietnam as prescribed in Circular 01/2014/TT-BGDDT (equivalent to level B or level A or higher).
+ Have a computer certificate with a standard of basic information technology skills as prescribed in Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT (equivalent to level B or higher).

- A prequalification slip.
- 01 copy of bachelor's degree in law or higher (for candidates taking the procuratorial exam).
- Certificate of procuratorial training (for candidates who are not students of Hanoi Procuracy University).
- Information Technology Engineering degree or higher (for candidates taking the information technology professional exam) in the proper position certified by the competent authority.
