Training materials are developed by the transport hirer or transporter, with content compiled according to the type and category defined in Article 4 of this Decree;

b) The training content includes: Name of the hazardous goods, dangerous properties, classification, and labeling; risks causing loss of safety in the process of storage, loading, unloading, transporting hazardous goods; storage, loading, unloading, transportation procedures suitable for the job position; regulations on hazardous goods safety; incident response procedures: Using rescue equipment to handle fires, explosions, leaks, the release of hazardous substances, first aid for victims in incidents, use, maintenance, inspection of safety equipment, vehicles, personal protective equipment to respond to incidents, procedures, communication schemas to notify incidents, cooperate with competent agencies to mobilize resources for incident response, resolve incidents, prevent, limit the spread of pollution sources into the environment, collect spilled hazardous substances, and remediate the environment after incidents.
