(1) Sampling to determine the value of parameters of livestock wastewater used for crops shall comply with the following national standards:

- Conformity assessment

The method of conformity assessment for this regulation is according to Method 5 specified in Circular 28/2012/TT-BKHCN; Circular 02/2017/TT-BKHCN.

- Conformity announcement

+ Announcement of technical-regulation conformity is based on the results of self-assessment of conformity of organizations or individuals or the results of certification by a designated certification-conformity organization according to the provisions of law.

+ The order of announcement of regulation conformity and the dossier for announcing the regulation conformity as prescribed in Circular 28/2012/TT-BKHCN; Circular 02/2017/TT-BKHCN.

+ The testing in service of regulation conformity announcement, inspection and examination of the quality of livestock wastewater used for crops conforming to this technical regulation must be carried out at a testing laboratory set up by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. designated village.
