(1) Residential land price list

(a) Principles for determining the price

- Principles for determining location

+ Based on profitability, distance to roads, streets and favorable infrastructure conditions for living, doing business and providing services, locations are determined according to the following principles: location 1 is the location adjacent to the traffic road or only the traffic line named in the price list that is more profitable and has more favorable infrastructure conditions than the next locations, locations 2, 3, 4 in order of profitability and less favorable infrastructure conditions.

+ In case the land plot at location 1 has the same two or more prices, the price shall be determined according to the location with the highest price.

- For the remaining residential areas

+ Area 1: These are residential areas not adjacent to the main road of the commune but in the central area of ​​the commune or township; near schools, markets, medical stations, commercial and service areas, tourist areas, industrial parks near traffic hubs.

+ Area 2: A residential area not in the central area with poorer infrastructure conditions than area 1.
