Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 28 of the Charter of Primary Schools promulgated together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates as follows:

Behavior and dress code of teachers and staff
1. The behavior and dress code of teachers and staff comply with the regulations of the education sector and the law, in which attention should be paid to:
a) Do not distort the educational content or teach the wrong content of knowledge.
b) Do not cheat in assessment and intentionally misjudge the educational results of students.
c) Do not force students to study more for material purposes.
d) Do not waste time, skip lessons, or arbitrarily mutilate educational content.
d) Do not violate the dignity and honor of others or infringe on their bodies; no smoking; no beer; no disrupting security and order.
2. Employees do not obstruct or cause difficulties in supporting and serving the teaching, student education, and other school work.

Thus, according to the regulations on behavior, the clothes of teachers and staff comply with the provisions of the education industry and the law, in which it is necessary to pay attention to:

- Do not distort the educational content or teach the wrong content of knowledge.

- Do not cheat in assessment; intentionally misjudge the educational results of students.

- Do not force students to learn more for material purposes.

- Do not waste time, skip lessons, or arbitrarily cut educational content.

- Do not offend the dignity, honor, or infringe on the body of others; no smoking; no drinking beer; disrupt security and order.

What are the duties of primary school teachers in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 1 and Article 27 of the Primary School Charter promulgated together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, teachers in primary schools have the following duties:

- Implement the primary education program and the school's educational plan. Actively implement and take responsibility for the education plan; autonomy and self-responsibility for the performance of professional tasks (content, educational methods, student assessment) and the quality and effectiveness of each student's education in their class, ensuring that the educational program is suitable to the target group of students and the specific conditions of the school.

- Participate in the development of educational plans by professional groups and schools; regularly update industry directives; prepare, organize teaching, and evaluate students according to regulations; carry out other professional activities.

- Build friendly, democratic relationships between teachers and students, with the students' parents, and with the community; help students to be active, creative, confident, and autonomous in learning and training.

- Preserve the quality, honor, and prestige of teachers; cultural behavior, solidarity, and helping colleagues; be exemplary in front of students; showing love, fair treatment, and respect for students; and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of students

- Conduct self-assessment according to teacher professional standards; engage in self-study and self-training to improve professional capacity; perform the task of regular training for teachers as prescribed; exchange and share expertise with colleagues inside and outside the school through professional activities and training sessions.

- Apply information technology in teaching, learning, and professional activities; Be creative and flexible in making your own teaching aids.

- Participate in the selection of textbooks as prescribed; suggest that the school equip reference publications and teaching equipment according to regulations that are suitable for use in the teaching process.

- Participate in educational quality accreditation

- Participate in the implementation of compulsory education, education universalization, and illiteracy eradication in the locality.

- Coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team, students' families, communities, and related social organizations to carry out educational tasks.

- Manage and organize the implementation of the educational plan at the school site when assigned by the principal.

- Perform other duties as prescribed by law and as assigned by the principal.

What are the standards of training for primary school teachers in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 30 of the Charter of Primary Schools promulgated together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates as follows:

Standards of training and professional standards of teachers and staff
1. The standard qualification for primary school teachers is to have a bachelor's degree in primary school teacher training or a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a certificate of professional training in pedagogy in primary education.
2. The professional standards of primary school teachers shall comply with regulations. Every year, teachers self-evaluate and are periodically evaluated by the school according to the professional standards of primary school teachers to serve as a basis for developing study and fostering plans to improve their professional capacity.
3. The standard training qualifications of primary school staff are specified in documents specifying professional title standards for each employee's employment position.

Thus, according to the above regulations, the standard training qualification for primary school teachers is having a bachelor's degree in primary school teacher training or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and a certificate of professional training in elementary education pedagogy.
