Ensuring independence and rigor

- A bailiff has the duty to participate in the practice of a bailiff's apprentice; uphold the responsibility, dedicatedly impart knowledge, skills and professional experience to the bailiff trainees.
A probation officer shall not do the following acts:
+ Conduct discrimination against apprentices under their own guidance;
+ Demand material and money benefits from the apprentice;
+ Collude with trainees to make false reports or false reports on probation results;
