- Understand the local economic and social situation; be proficient in the subordinate area

- Be able to coordinate well with relevant agencies, units, and individuals in performing assigned tasks

- Be able to educate and persuade litigants to execute the court’s judgments and decisions; decisions of the Competition Case Handling Council and judgments and decisions of Commercial Arbitration.

- Be able to draft documents related to assigned tasks.

- Provide professional guidance for Clerks in judgment enforcement and Intermediate Clerks in judgment enforcement;

- Conduct the administrative judgment enforcement under the provisions of law;

- Formulate plans and organize the implementation of decisions on the enforcement of civil judgments; perform the duties of receiving citizens as prescribed;

- Report on the results of the enforcement of civil judgments and administrative judgments; propose remedial measures;

- Research, propose, amend, and supplement documents on judgment enforcement, propose comments on improving the legal system of judgment enforcement;

- Participate in the elaboration of legislative documents on the enforcement of civil judgments and administrative judgments in the assigned fields, propose issues on the organization of enforcement of civil judgments and administrative judgments within its competence;

- Perform other duties assigned by the head of the enforcement authority.
