GUIDANCE ON PRESENTING INFORMATION IN CADASTRAL REGISTERS

I. General Principles

(1) The books are compiled for each commune, ward, or commune-level town, or at the district level for areas without commune-level administrative units; reflecting the results of land registration and properties attached to land by each parcel and each linear shaped parcel (hereinafter collectively referred to as parcel); information of each parcel is presented on a separate page.

(2) For parcels with apartment buildings, mixed-use buildings, or other construction works of real estate projects, in addition to presenting information about the parcel and apartment buildings, mixed-use buildings, or other construction works of real estate projects as stipulated in (1), registration results for each apartment are also presented, with each apartment shown on a separate page.

(3) Amendments to the cadastral registers are only made for cases where registration procedures for changes have been completed.

(4) In the case of registration changes involving alterations to any of the information registered in the cadastral registers but not forming new parcels or apartments, the new information will be updated on the corresponding page for the parcel or apartment, replacing the old information. The old information prior to the change will be converted to historical information for reference when necessary.
