- Fees for issuance of certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and land-attached assets: Subjects eligible for fee exemption include: People with meritorious services to the revolution as prescribed by law; poor households (including poor households, near-poor households according to central standards and poor households in the province); Elderly; people with disabilities and children; ethnic minorities in communes with difficult socio-economic conditions.
