According to Article 32 of Decision 244-QD/TW in 2014 stipulated by the Central Executive Committee as follows:

“Article 32. Calculation of election results
1- Election results are calculated on the number of valid votes; valid votes are those specified in Article 17 of this Regulation. In case of multiple votes without balance, the voter ticks an X in both the agree box and the disagree box or does not check the X in both the agree box. on the result of that person's election (that vote is still counted as a valid vote).
2- For the congress of party members: the elected candidate must obtain more than half of the votes compared to the total number of official party members of the convened party cell or branch, minus the number of party members who have been introduced to live temporarily in the Party. Other party committees, party members who have been exempted from work and party activities are not present at the congress (if such party member is present at the congress or conference of party members, participates in elections or votes, it will still be counted). 4. Pursuant to Article 33 of Decision 244-QD/TW in 2014 stipulated by the Central Executive Committee as follows:

“Article 33. Election minutes
1- The minutes of the election are made in 03 copies with the signatures of the comrade on behalf of the Presidium and the head of the vote counting committee. The Vote Counting Committee seals the ballots for the Presidium to hand over to the new Party Committee for archiving.
The Presidium shall hand over the election minutes and votes to the new party committee to report to the immediate superior committee for consideration and approval.
2- Contents of the minutes:
- Total number of delegates or total number of party members convened.
- The total number of delegates attending the congress or the total number of party members attending the party member congress.
- The number of delegates or the number of party members whose eligibility to attend the congress is denied.
- The number of members at the level convening the meeting are absent for the duration of the meeting.

Pursuant to Article 34 of Decision 244-QD/TW in 2014 by the Central Executive Committee as follows:

“Article 34. Approving the election results of committees, standing committees at all levels, secretaries, deputy secretaries, presidents, deputy directors and members of inspection committees at all levels
For party organizations from the cell level to the Party committees directly under the Central Government, no later than 7 working days after the congress (conference), the new party committee must report to the immediate superior party committee the minutes of the election. nominate committees, standing committees, secretaries, deputy secretaries, members of the inspection committee, the chairman and deputy chairperson of the inspection committee, the list of cross-sectional quotations, and the curriculum vitae of each member.
