According to the provisions of Article 4 of the Regulation issued together with Decision 06/QD-TTg in 2019, the order of assessment of child-friendly communes is as follows:

1. The assessment of child-friendly communes, wards and townships shall be carried out in November of year 2 and November of year 4 of the 5-year socio-economic development plan.
Statistics for Criteria 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 were collected during the evaluation year.

2.
