- The period of isolation and treatment is full 7 days and the rapid test result is negative for SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen performed by health workers or by the patient under the supervision of medical staff with at least either directly or indirectly through remote means.
- In case after 7 days the test result is still positive, continue to isolate for full 10 days for the person who has had the full dose of vaccine as prescribed; and 14 days for those who have not received the prescribed dose of vaccine.
- The medical station where the patient is managed is responsible for confirming the patient's recovery."

- The Steering Committee for COVID-19 prevention and control in wards, communes and townships issues a certificate of completion of medical isolation at home via email to F0 cases.
Note: In case F0 cases does not have an email, a paper copy can be received directly at the Health Station; After 5 days from the date of completion of home isolation, if F0 cases does not receive a paper copy directly at the Health Station, the Health Station will transfer the confirmation to the Residential Group to support home delivery to people./."
