1. Return to school at the earliest 1 week before the opening date. Particularly for grade 1, return to school at the earliest 2 weeks before the opening date.
2.Organize the first day of school ceremony on September 5, 2022.
3. End the first semester by January 15, 2023, complete the second semester education plan by May 25, 2023, and end the school year by May 31, 2023.
4. Consider the recognition of completing the primary program and considering the recognition of graduating from junior high school before June 30, 2023.
5. Complete admission by July 31, 2023.
6. High school graduation exams and national exams under the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training."
Thus, the first day of school for the 2022 - 2023 school year is September 5, 2022 according to the above regulations, but before that, students will return to school at the earliest 1 week before the first day of school.

b) Report to the Ministry of Education and Training: the situation of preparing for the school year and the situation of organizing the opening of the school year 2022-2023 before September 10, 2022; preliminaries of the first semester before January 31, 2023; to summarize the school year, report on the results of implementation of emulation criteria and propose the commendation for the school year before June 25, 2023; decisions of the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities in the cases specified in Clause 1 of this Article."
