Based on Announcement 5015/TB-LĐTBXH 2023, officials and public employees of administrative bodies, public service providers, political organizations, and socio-political organizations (hereinafter referred to as officials and public employees) are entitled to the Lunar New Year 2024 holiday from:
Thursday, February 8, 2024, Gregorian calendar (i.e., the 29th day of the twelfth lunar month of the Year of the Rabbit) to the end of Wednesday, February 14, 2024, Gregorian calendar (i.e., the 5th day of the first lunar month of the Year of the Dragon).
Therefore, according to the Lunar New Year 2024 holiday schedule, officials and public employees will resume work on Thursday, February 15, 2024, Gregorian calendar (i.e., the 6th day of the first lunar month of the Year of the Dragon).

On November 22, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs announced the Lunar New Year holiday schedule of the Year of the Dragon and National Day holiday 2024 for officials and public employees and employees.
