What are the regulations on the time for trading listed securities at the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE)?

Pursuant to Section 1 of Appendix III issued together with Decision 17/QD-HĐTV in 2022 (supplemented by Clause 3 Article 1 of Decision 30/QD-HĐTV in 2022) on the time for trading listed securities at HOSE as follows:

The trading time for listed securities is from Monday to Friday every week, except for holidays prescribed by the Labor Code. The specific trading time is as follows:

- For trading stocks, closed-end fund certificates, ETF certificates, covered warrants:

- For bond trading:

Note:

+ During the break time between morning and afternoon sessions, members are not allowed to:

- Enter orders to fix or cancel the order matching transactions;

- Advertise put through transactions, and cancel the advertisement of put through transactions;

- Make the put through transactions, and cancel the put through transactions.

+ The fixing of orders is conducted by canceling the wrong orders and re-entering the correct one. The priority of orders shall be calculated since the correct order is entered into the trading system of HOSE.

+ The time of order matching transactions for odd lots is from 9:15 am to 11:30 am and from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm; The time of put through transactions for odd lots is from 9:15 am to 11:30 am and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
