What is the latest record form for inspecting results of acceptance testing for fire prevention and fighting systems in Vietnam?

According to the instructions in Section II, Appendix II issued together with Official Dispatch 2075/C07-P4 in 2022, the records of inspecting results of acceptance testing for fire prevention and fighting system refer to the following 02 forms:

Will investors be re-issued certificates of fire prevention and fighting in case of loss in Vietnam?

Pursuant to subsection 4, Section I, Appendix VI issued together with Official Dispatch 2075/C07-P4 in 2022, the instructions are as follows:

The issuance of Certificate of design, acceptance testing of fire prevention and fighting according to the provisions of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP shall be carried out for new construction, renovation or change of use purpose. Therefore, in case of loss, it will not be reissued. In case the investor requests to hand over and extract the application, the Fire Protection and Rescue Police agency shall comply with regulations on archiving and extracting applications.

Thus, if the certificate of fire prevention and fighting is lost during the archiving process, the investor will not be re-issued, but only assigned and extracted.

Will there be fees for appraising and approving fire prevention and fighting systems in Vietnam?

According to the instructions in subsection 19, Section I, Appendix VI issued together with Official Dispatch 2075/C07-P4 in 2022:

- The determination of the project group is based on the total investment as shown in the decision approving the investment policy for construction of the work or the written approval of the construction investment policy or the investment registration certificate to compare with Decree 40/2020/ND-CP guiding the Law on Public Investment.

The investment phase and stage does not change the project group, so confidently that Group A splits into many different implementation stages, still must follow the order and approval authority for Group A projects.

When appraising and approving by period of a project, for each independent work item, the investor must provide the construction estimate of that work item for approval (as prescribed in Article 5 of Decree 10). 2021/ND-CP) and the Police Department of Fire Prevention and Fighting and the Central High Commission of Vietnam shall issue the Certificate of Appraisal and Approval, collect appraisal and approval fees for the work items under the project.

Thus, when appraising and approving fire prevention and fighting through many stages, fees for the work items under the project will be collected after the first issuance.
