Based on the job description of the main controller on bank control Appendix II issued together with Circular 19/2022/TT-NHNN stipulates the qualification requirements to become the main inspector of bank inspection and supervision as follows:
- Training level: Graduated from university or higher with a major or major of training suitable to the field of work.
- Fostering and certification: Having certificates of fostering knowledge and skills in state management for civil servants of the rank of main specialists (or equivalent) or having advanced degrees in political-administrative theory.
- Experience (work record)
+ Have a period of holding the rank of bank controller and equivalent for 09 years or more (excluding the probationary period). In case there is a period equivalent to the rank of bank controller, the period of holding the rank of bank controller shall be at least 01 year (full 12 months) up to the expiration of the deadline for submitting the application for the upgrade exam.
