Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 1 Article 3 of Decree 32/2019/ND-CP stipulating the interpretation of words accordingly:

Public products and services are products and services essential to the socio-economic life of the country, population communities or ensuring national defense and security that the State must organize in the following areas:

+ Education and training; vocational education; medical; culture, sports and tourism; information and communication;

+ Science and technology; natural resources and environment; transportation; agriculture and rural development; industry and trade; construction; war invalids and social workers; judiciary and other areas as prescribed by the Government.

+ Public products and services include public career services and public utility products and services.

What is a public administrative service funded by the state budget of Vietnam?

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 3 Article 3 of Decree 32/2019/ND-CP stipulating the interpretation of words accordingly:

Public career services funded by the state budget are public career services for which the State guarantees all costs or public career services that do not include sufficient costs in prices and fees, supported by the State budget.
