Pursuant to Appendix 1 promulgated together with Circular 19/2022/TT-BKHDT of Vietnam, the enterprise registration report shall include the following 05 forms:

Instructions on how to write 05 forms of enterprise registration report in 2022?

Pursuant to Appendix VI enclosed with Circular 19/2022/TT-BKHDT of Vietnam as follows:

* Form No. 01.N.QLDKKD. Enterprise registration number:

- Column 1: Total number of newly registered enterprises in the reporting year (N).

- Column 2; Total number of newly registered state enterprises in the year preceding the reporting period (N-1). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

- Column 3: Total number of newly registered state enterprises in the reporting year (N). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

- Column 4: Percentage change between the total number of newly registered state-owned enterprises of the reporting year (N) and the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 5: Total number of newly registered non-state enterprises in the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 6: Total number of newly registered non-state enterprises in the reporting year (N).

* Form No. 02.N.QLDKKD. Enterprise dissolution number:

- Column 1: Total number of enterprises dissolved in the reporting year (N).

- Column 2: Total number of state-owned enterprises dissolved in the year prior to the reporting period (N-1). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

- Column 3: Total number of state-owned enterprises dissolved in the reporting year (N). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

- Column 4: Percentage change between the total number of SOEs dissolved in the reporting year (N) and the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 5: Total number of non-state enterprises dissolved in the year before the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 6: Total number of non-state enterprises dissolved in the reporting year (N).

- Column 7: Percentage change between the total number of dissolved non-state enterprises of the reporting year (N) and the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 8: Total number of foreign-invested enterprises dissolved in the year before the reporting period (N-1).

* Form No. 03a.N.QLDKKD. Total registered capital of newly established enterprises:

- Column 1: Total registered capital of newly registered enterprises in the reporting year (N).

- Column 2: Total registered capital of newly registered state enterprises in the year preceding the reporting period (N-1). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

- Column 3: Total registered capital of newly registered state enterprises in the reporting year (N). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

- Column 4: Percentage change between the total registered capital of newly registered state enterprises of the reporting year (N) and the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 5: Total registered capital of newly registered non-state enterprises in the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 6: Total registered capital of newly registered non-state enterprises in the reporting year (N).

- Column 7: Percentage change between total registered capital of newly registered non-state enterprises of the reporting year (N) and the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 8: Total registered capital of newly established foreign-invested enterprises granted the Investment Registration Certificate in the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 9: Total registered capital of newly established foreign-invested enterprises and granted investment registration certificates in the reporting year (N).

- Column 10: Percentage change between the total registered capital of newly registered foreign-invested enterprises of the reporting year (N) and the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

* Form No. 03b.N.QLDKKD. Registration number of newly established enterprises according to registered capital scale:

- Column 1: Total number of newly registered enterprises in the reporting year (N).

- Column 2: Total number of newly registered state enterprises in the year preceding the reporting period (N-1). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

- Column 3: Total number of newly registered state enterprises in the reporting year (N). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

- Column 4; Percentage change between the total number of newly registered SOEs of the reporting year (N) and the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 5: Total number of newly registered non-state enterprises in the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 6: Total number of newly registered non-state enterprises in the reporting year (N).

- Column 7: Percentage change between the total number of new registered non-state enterprises of the reporting year (N) and the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 8: Total number of newly established foreign-invested enterprises that were granted Investment Registration Certificates in the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

- Column 9: Total number of newly established foreign-invested enterprises that are granted investment registration certificates in the reporting year (N).

- Column 10: Percentage (%) change between the total number of newly established foreign-invested enterprises of the reporting year (N) and the year preceding the reporting period (N-1).

* Form No. 04.N.QLDKKD. Total number of registered employees of newly established enterprises:

- Column 1: Total number of registered employees of newly established enterprises in the year preceding the reporting year (N-1).

- Columns 2 to 10: Number of registered employees of newly established enterprises in the year preceding the reporting year (N-1). In which, the number of employees is divided by economic type (state-owned enterprises, non-state enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

- Column 11: Total number of registered employees of newly established enterprises in the reporting year (N).

- Columns from 12 to 20: Number of registered employees of newly established enterprises in the reporting year (N). In which, the number of employees is divided by economic type (state-owned enterprises, non-state enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises). State-owned enterprises are defined as enterprises with state capital accounting for more than 50% of the total charter capital.

How to calculate the time of statistics of reports?

Pursuant to Clause 5 Article 3 of Circular 19/2022/TT-BKHDT of Vietnam, the deadline for the statistics of enterprise registration reports as follows:

5. Reporting period
The reporting period is recorded in the middle of each report form and is calculated on calendar days, including:
a) Monthly statistical reports are counted from the 1st to the end of the last day of the reporting month;
b) Quarterly statistical reports are calculated from the 1st day of the first month to the end of the last day of the third month of the reporting period;
c) The 6-month statistical report is calculated from the 1st day of the first month to the end of the last day of the sixth month of the reporting period;
d) The annual statistical report is calculated from January 1 to the end of December 31 of the reporting period;
dd) Unscheduled reports: Statistical reports in case of unexpected events or phenomena or when there is a request to serve the management of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
e) Other statistical reports: Statistical reports have a reporting period and reporting period specified in each report form.
6. The deadline for receiving reports is the date of receipt of reports specified in each statistical report form enclosed with this Circular.

Thus, the statistics of enterprise registration reports shall be made according to the above-mentioned deadlines.
