Instructions for writing an application for a professional law internship for fresh graduates of Vietnam?
Law students who have just graduated from law school can submit an application for an internship with the following contents:
- To: Enter the name of the unit you intend to apply for an internship.
- The following personal information: Full name; School students; Department; Specialized; Training system; Address; Contact phone number should be complete and accurate.
- Internship topic: Students need to write down the full name of the topic they want to do at the internship agency or enterprise to serve as a basis for approving the Internship Application.
- Internship duration: Specify the number of weeks you will practice, try to be the most accurate, and should specify the start date and end date of the internship.
- Unit applying for internship: Specify the name of the branch, department of the unit you intend to apply for internship, should not be general.
- Part of the commitment: Depending on your circumstances and the characteristics of the internship, you can make appropriate commitments, as long as you still ensure the necessary commitments such as strictly complying with the rules, rules and take responsibility for their own actions.
- Signature: It is necessary to write both full name and full name after signing.

If the signed contract is a probationary contract, the salary as prescribed in Article 26 of the Labor Code 2019 of Vietnam:
- The employee's salary during the probationary period shall be agreed upon by both parties but must be at least equal to 85% of the salary for that job.
If the nature of the contract is a vocational training contract as prescribed in Article 62 of the Labor Code 2019 of Vietnam, then:
- The two parties must sign a vocational training contract in case the employee is trained to improve vocational qualifications and skills or is retrained at home or abroad from the employer's budget, including expenses sponsored by the partner for the employer.
- The vocational training contract must be made into 02 copies, each party keeps 01 copy.
A vocational training contract must contain the following principal contents:
+ Vocational training;
+ Location, time and salary during the training period;
+ Time commitment to work after being trained;
+ Training costs and responsibility to reimburse training costs;
+ Responsibilities of the employer;
Responsibilities of employees.
- Training expenses include expenses with valid documents on expenses paid to teachers, learning materials, schools, classes, machines, equipment, practice materials, and other support expenses for trainees. education and wages, social insurance premiums, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for learners during their schooling.
In case the employee is sent abroad for training, the training cost also includes travel expenses and living expenses during the training period.
Accordingly, the law does not have content to stipulate support costs for learners but will be based on the agreement between the trainer and the trainee.
