Instructions for filling out the individual achievement report form to request rewards by emulation or by topic in Vietnam
Pursuant to the Appendix issued together with Decree 91/2017/ND-CP guiding the filling of instructions on filling out the individual achievement report form:
- Record the form of reward proposal. Only apply commendation forms within the competence of ministries, branches and localities; For outstanding and typical cases, the Prime Minister of Vietnam is requested to present the Government's Emulation Flag, the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit, and in exceptional cases, the Prime Minister of Vietnam shall request the State President of Vietnam to present the Medal.
- If they are collectives or heads of production and business units, they must state the fulfillment of the obligation to pay the state budget; ensure the environment, occupational safety and health, food safety and hygiene (with extracts and contents certified by competent state agencies).
- For individuals: Sign, write full name and certified by the head of the agency.
- For individuals: Sign, write full name and certified by the head of the agency.
Principles of reward for individuals with achievements of Vietnam
Pursuant to Article 3 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP stipulating the principles of reward for individuals:
- The form of commendation must be suitable to the subjects, functions and assigned tasks of the collective or individual and achieved achievements.
- Rewards must be based on conditions, standards and achievements, not necessarily in the form of low-level rewards to be rewarded with higher levels. Pay attention to rewarding small collectives and individuals who directly work, produce, study, work or fight or serve combat.
+ Do not reward many forms for an achievement. The form of commendation in batches, thematically shall not be considered as conditions and criteria for requesting state-level commendation.
+ When there are many individuals and collectives that meet the same conditions and criteria, a female individual or a collective with a female percentage of 70% or more shall be selected for consideration and commendation. For female leaders and managers, the time holding a position to consider and reward the dedication process is reduced by 1/3 compared to the general regulations; In case the retirement age is specified higher, the period of holding a position for consideration and reward for the dedication process shall comply with the general regulations.
