A fine ranging VND 800,000 and VND 1,200,000 shall be imposed for stopping or parking the vehicle on the part of the roadway in the out-of-urban roadway where the roadside is wide; stopping, parking not close to the right edge of the road in the direction of travel where the road has narrow or no curb; stopping or parking in the opposite direction of the lane; stopping and parking on the fixed median in the middle of two sections of the roadway; parking on slopes without inserting wheels; Opening the car door, leaving the car door open is not safe (according to the behavior specified at Point g Clause 2 Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP)
2.
