Who is responsible for introducing trade union members into the Vietnamese Communist Party?
Pursuant to Clause 1.3 of Subsection 1, Section I of Guideline 12-HD/BTCTW in 2022 stipulates the organization of youth unions or trade union organizations where the masses are living to detect, select elite union members, and issue a resolution to introduce to the branch for consideration of party admission.
Based on the resolution of the youth union or trade union to introduce elite members into the Party, the branch assigns tasks to the masses to challenge and has the resolution to assign official party members to help the masses strive for the Party.
After a period of monitoring and assistance, the branch held a meeting, considered and issued a resolution to report to the higher-level committees directly on the implementation of procedures for admitting the masses to the Party.
What are the conditions for admitting Vietnamese Communist party members in 2022?

About age
Only consider admitting to the Party those over 60 years old when they meet the following conditions: Health and prestige; are working or residing at grassroots establishments that do not have party organizations, do not have party members or due to special requirements; be agreed in writing by the standing committee of the central committee before the competent committee makes a decision on admission.
About education
- Party members living in mountainous, border, island, ethnic minority areas and areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions or fishermen who regularly work at sea or islands, if not guaranteed according to the Regulations on the Implementation of the Party Charter of the XIII Central Committee, must have at least educational qualifications to complete the chapter. elementary level.
- The education level of party members who are village elders, village heads, reputable people living in mountainous, border, island, ethnic minority areas and areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions or fishermen who regularly work at sea, the island must at least be able to read and write the national language and be agreed in writing by the standing committee of the central committee before the competent committee makes a decision on admission.
Must foster awareness of the Vietnamese Communist Party
Persons entering the Party must take a party awareness training class, have a certificate issued by a district-level political center or equivalent; where there is no political center, the party committee has the authority to admit party members.
Have an application to join the Vietnamese Communist Party
Persons entering the Party must make their own applications, clearly stating their perceptions of the Party's purposes and ideals, and motives for applying to the Party.
Background of person entering the Vietnamese Communist Party
- Persons entering the Party shall declare their own background, completely, clearly and truthfully as prescribed, and take responsibility for the declared contents; if there is a problem that you do not understand and do not remember correctly, you must report it to the branch.
- The resume must be verified and concluded by the grassroots committee before recording the contents of the certificate, signing and stamping.
