- Depending on the actual situation, the Head of Examination may organize a lottery to deliver the test bag to the Marking Officer in one of the following ways:
+ Option 1: The examiner directly draws lots to receive the test bag from the Head of the marking subject;
+ Option 2: The head of the marking course organizes for the leaders of the marking team to draw a number of test bags for the entire Examination Team; then, the leader of the marking team organizes a draw to deliver the test bags to the examiners of the marking team under his/her management.

Step 1: Scan the photo

Step 2: Read the photo
- The software will automatically recognize the photos of the tests to extract the SBD information, exam code and assignments. These initial identification data (uncorrected, called error-corrected TLTN results) will be saved in the software's database
- After performing photo identification of the tests, the Multiple-choice Examination Board will output the report data (CD1) on the server and send the CD1 disc according to the provisions of point d, clause 2, Article 29 of the Exam Regulations before taking the exam. proceed to the Exam Error Correction step.

Step 3: Correct the exam error:
a) Fix errors related to the registration number and exam code, the component exam subjects in the combined exam
- Some common errors need to be handled:
+ Registration number (SBD): do not fill in SBD, fill in wrong SBD, fill in SBD;
+ Code: Do not fill in the code, color in the wrong code, fill in the same code;
+ Errors due to scanning of articles lead to deformed TLTN cards, causing the software not to recognize SBD and exam code;

- Troubleshooting process:
+ Filter exams with errors by each test bag (lot);

+ Based on the test receipt to correct errors in the candidate's work due to warning software or detected by the multiple-choice examination board (wrong SBD, wrong exam code, wrong registered exam subject) ).
- Some notes when performing error correction:
+ When correcting errors about SBD and exam code, the processor needs to compare between SBD, test code of candidates written in words and SBD, exam code on the test receipt to return SBD, correct exam code for contestant on the Software;
+ When correcting the information about the candidate's component exam, the processor needs to check between the test receipt and the registration data transferred by the exam board (entered into the software). Gather a list of tests that need to be adjusted to the subject information (in case of necessity, the Multiple-choice Examination Board requests the Examination Council to verify and clarify); Make unusual minutes proposing to adjust the exam information of the candidates; Use the backward function on the software to return to the step before CD0 output to adjust the candidates' exam information according to the list made in the abnormal report.
+ Use the function of filter duplicate exam code to detect and handle the case of duplicate test code of each batch of marks before correcting the part of the work.
b) Correcting errors in the candidate's work
- To ensure the interests of candidates, the software will warn all the questions that do not recognize the candidate's selected answer (because the candidate's color is too blurry, many answers in the same sentence, leave the sentence blank, ...). Handlers must check and handle each error (if any).
- The procedure for correcting errors is as follows:
+ The processor checks the tests that are suspected of having errors displayed on the software;
+ The processing staff enters information about the candidate's answers with errors into the software through the input window.
c) Export report data and print error correction minutes
- After completing the correction of the test, the multiple-choice Examination Board will output the report data (CD2) on the server and send the CD2 according to the provisions of point d, clause 2, Article 29 of the exam regulations before implementation. Step 4: Mark the exam:
After performing the above 3 steps and receiving the answer CD from the Ministry of Education and Training (The answer CD contains encrypted files; each encrypted file is the answer to all the exam code of the exam. that), the Multiple-choice Examination Board shall do the following:
- Open the seal and load data from the CD containing the answers received from the Ministry of Education and Training into the software, compare the name of each test in the entered answer file with each selected exam to ensure the same. . - Make sure to enter the answers for all the tests declared on the system.
- Implement the function on the software to grade all the tests.
- After the marking is complete, the Multiple-choice Examination Board will output the report data (CD3) on the server and send the CD3 disc according to the provisions of Point d Clause 2 Article 29 of the Exam Regulations. Regulations on preservation and storage of exam papers after marking in the high school graduation exam?
Pursuant to Section 6, Appendix V issued together with Official Letter 1523/BGDĐT-QLCL dated April 19, 2022 of the Ministry of Education and Training, stipulating the preservation and archiving of exams after marking and re-examination as follows: :
“6. Preservation and archiving of exam papers after marking and re-examination
a) At the end of the marking process, all test bags must be sealed; The Chairman of the Examination Council shall decide on a plan to preserve sealed exam bags until the re-examination is held, ensuring safety and confidentiality.
b) When the marking and re-examination work is completed, the drive of the server containing the multiple-choice marking data must be sealed under the supervision of the head of the multiple-choice examination and evaluation committee, the inspector, and the police; separately seal the multiple-choice tests, the peer-reviewed essay exams with beats.
