How does the primary school organize the assessment of students' educational outcomes during their learning and training process?
Based on the provisions of Article 22 of the Charter issued together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, the regulations are as follows:
Assessment of students' learning and training outcomes
1. The primary school organizes the assessment of educational outcomes during the learning and training process of students in accordance with the Regulations on the assessment of primary school students issued by the Minister of Education and Training; organizes the handover of students' educational results at the end of the school year to the teachers of the next grade; and follows the directives of the Head of the Education and Training Department in the acceptance, handover of students' educational results who have completed the primary school program to grade 6, in accordance with the conditions of the schools and localities.
2. Students who complete the primary school program and meet the conditions prescribed by the Minister of Education and Training will be recognized by the primary school principal for completing the primary school program in the student's academic record.
3. For other educational institutions implementing the primary education program, students who complete the primary school program and meet the conditions prescribed by the Minister of Education and Training will be recognized by the head of that educational institution for completing the primary school program in the student's academic record according to regulations. For students who, due to difficult circumstances, cannot attend school, or study at other institutions in the area, or return from abroad, the primary school principal will organize the assessment according to regulations and recognize the completion of the primary school program if the students meet the requirements.
4. Apply information technology in evaluating students' learning and training outcomes according to a schedule suitable to the actual conditions of the educational institution.

Based on the provisions of Article 17 of the Charter issued together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, the regulations are as follows:
Educational program and education plan
1. The primary school implements the educational program issued by the Minister of Education and Training, annual educational plans and duration in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training, and suitable to the specific conditions of each locality.
2. Based on the educational program issued by the Minister of Education and Training and the long-term plan of the unit approved by the competent authority, the primary school develops and implements the school's education plan.
a) Annually develop the school's education plan and report to the competent authority as prescribed.
b) Develop supplementary educational content to meet the needs of learners, local educational content suitable to the conditions of the locality and the school to improve education quality.
c) Apply advanced educational methods and forms from domestic and international contexts suitable to practical conditions, the development needs of the locality, the school, and the orientation towards developing students' qualities and capabilities; take responsibility for organizing the implementation, ensuring the quality and progress of the annual educational plan of the school.
d) Design a timetable suitable to the psychological age of students and the actual conditions of the locality.
The primary school develops and implements the school’s education plan based on the educational program issued by the Minister of Education and Training and the long-term plan of the unit approved by the competent authority.
