- Eligible individuals: Students graduating from secondary school in the 2022-2023 academic year in Ho Chi Minh City who fall under the following categories:

+ Students with disabilities (with required certification).

+ Students who meet the conditions: won national or international awards in academics, arts, sports, and scientific and technical competitions for secondary and high school students (national awards organized or co-organized by the Ministry of Education and Training, international awards certified by the Ministry of Education and Training or the Department of Education and Training).

- Students eligible for direct admission must submit a straight admission registration form with 3 preferences for high schools near their residence within the City that match their capabilities and learning conditions (excluding specialized high schools, high schools with specialized classes, and schools implementing high-quality programs "advanced, international integration schools").

Exclusive to students who won national scientific and technical competitions for secondary and high school students organized by the Ministry of Education and Training, or won international awards in corresponding subjects within the National General Education Program, they are permitted to apply for direct admission to all high schools in Ho Chi Minh City (excluding specialized schools).

5. Certification issued by the commune-level People's Committee (for students who graduated from secondary school in previous academic years) stating they are not serving a prison sentence; under non-custodial reform, or violating the law.
