Implementation of Research, Development, and Pilot of the Happy Family Index for the Period 2022-2030
Implementing the goal of building prosperous, happy, and civilized families in Vietnam?
Based on sub-item 1 of Section I of the Plan issued along with Decision 1449/QD-BVHTTDL in 2022 by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the purpose of implementing the plan to research, build, and pilot the happiness family index set are as follows:
"I. OBJECTIVES, REQUIREMENTS
1. Objective
To implement the documents approved by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam regarding the family sector until 2030; to achieve the goal of building prosperous, progressive, happy, civilized families, contributing to the sustainable development of the country."
Accordingly, the purpose of the above Plan is to achieve the goal of building prosperous, progressive, happy, civilized families and contributing to the development of the country.

What are contents for research, building, and piloting of the happiness family index set in Vietnam?
Based on sub-item 4 of Section II of the Plan issued along with Decision 1449/QD-BVHTTDL in 2022 by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the contents and tasks for the research, building, and piloting of the happiness family index set are stipulated as follows:

Vietnam: Striving to achieve a 90% resolution rate for domestic violence cases by 2030?
Based on Section II Article 1 of Decision 2238/QD-TTg in 2021, the goals for implementing the strategy for the development of Vietnamese families until 2030 are as follows:
"Article 1. Approval of the Strategy for the development of Vietnamese families until 2030 (hereinafter referred to as the Strategy), which includes the following contents:

II. GOALS
1. General goal
Building prosperous, progressive, happy Vietnamese families as the healthy nucleus and cells of society, the warm home for each individual; a place to nurture and build character, a lifestyle that respects the good moral values of the nation; promoting and spreading these good values to contribute to the sustainable development of the country.
2. Specific goals
a) Strive to ensure 100% of families are provided with information, knowledge on cultural behavior, moral education, lifestyle, love, national tradition, and good cultural values; preventing risks, social evils, and domestic violence; paying special attention to policy families, poor and near-poor households, and ethnic minority families.
b) Strive to ensure 100% of families are educated on national traditions, cultural traditions, family traditions, and selectively assimilate the cultural quintessence of humanity, and the good values of modern families.
c) Strive to ensure 100% of localities have models for communication, education on building happy families, and sustainable development at the grassroots level.
d) Strive to ensure 100% of localities integrate education on morality, lifestyle, and family values in the new era into the code of conduct, community conventions, and village regulations.
dd) Strive to ensure 100% of young men and women before marriage are educated and consulted on family marriage, knowledge, and skills for building happy families.
e) Strive to ensure that annually 90% of domestic violence cases are resolved according to the law; 100% of domestic violence victims are provided with essential services; 100% of localities have intervention models, prevention, and response to domestic violence to mitigate its impact, particularly on women, the vulnerable, and children."
The goal of implementing the strategy for the development of Vietnamese families until 2030 is carried out according to the aforementioned contents.
