TRAINING OBJECTIVES

1. General Objectives

Trainees have the basic knowledge and skills to meet the job requirements for the public employee job title of educational staff.

2. Specific Objectives

After training, trainees can:

- Understand and well implement the directives and policies of the Communist Party, the laws of the State, regulations, and requirements of the sector, inter-sector, and local levels regarding education in general and educational work in particular;

- Recognize the basic knowledge and professional duties of educational work; flexibly and effectively apply knowledge and skills about educational work in carrying out tasks;

- Proactively apply and improve the skills to perform tasks, having the ability to coordinate well with colleagues and teachers to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of educational work in schools.

- Total duration: 160 periods. Including:

+ Theory and practice: 130 periods.

+ Review and discussion: 10 periods.

+ Examination: 2 periods.

+ Practical exploration (visit, survey, extra-curricular reports), writing assignment: 16 periods.

+ Opening and closing ceremonies: 2 periods.

- The implementation time is 04 weeks x 05 working days/week x 08 periods/day = 160 periods. In case of arranging non-continuous training time to suit the work position of the trainees, the maximum implementation time is 06 weeks.
