- Collecting opinions on the entire Draft Revised Land Law, including its structure, content, and presentation techniques.
- Collecting opinions on several key issues of the Draft Law, including:

+ Land acquisition and policies on compensation, support, and resettlement;
+ Land development funds;
+ Land allocation, leasing, and change of land use purpose;
+ Land registration, issuance of certificates, and administrative procedures, data, and land information;
+ Financial mechanisms and policies, land prices;
+ Management and usage regimes for different types of land;
+ Decentralization, supervision, and control of power;
+ Household land use. Details are in Appendix II issued with this Plan.

According to sub-item 3, Section II of the Plan for Organizing Public Consultations on the Draft Revised Land Law issued with Resolution 170/NQ-CP in 2022, the forms of public consultation on the Draft Revised Land Law are as follows:
- Direct feedback in writing (paper copy, email) applicable to all opinion groups. Feedback is sent to the designated agencies or organizations assigned responsibilities in Section III of this Plan or directly to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment at the address: No. 10 Ton That Thuyet, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City or via email: luatdatdai@monre.gov.vn
- Organizing conferences, workshops, and seminars applicable to government agencies; political organizations, political-social organizations, political-social-occupational organizations, social organizations, social-occupational organizations; enterprises, cooperatives, and other economic organizations; experts, scientists.
Feedback from conferences, workshops, seminars is compiled and summarized by the organizing agency and sent to the responsible agencies for public consultation as stated in Article 6 of Resolution No. 671/UBTVQH15 to prepare a comprehensive report sent to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the National Assembly's Economic Committee.
