According to Article 3 of Decision 1335/QD-BTP in 2022, regulations on the use of specialized machinery and equipment are as follows:
- The standards and norms for using specialized machinery and equipment specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Decision shall apply to machinery and equipment that meet the criteria for fixed assets in accordance with regulations on management. Management and calculation of depreciation of fixed assets in Circular No. 45/2018/TT-BTC dated May 7, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance and Decision No. 2402/QD-BTP dated September 19, 2019 of the Minister of Finance promulgates a list, useful life and amortization rate for assets that do not meet the criteria prescribed by law, which are fixed assets, specific fixed assets and intangible fixed assets within the scope of this Law. under the control of the Ministry of Justice.
- For specialized machinery and equipment that do not meet the criteria for fixed assets, the head of the unit shall decide on the equipment that is suitable to the functions, tasks, nature of work, usage needs and capabilities of funding which ensure thrift and efficiency.
- Standards and norms for using specialized machinery and equipment specified in this Decision shall be used as the basis for planning and budget estimation; assign, invest, purchase, rent and contract funds for the use of specialized machinery and equipment.
