Pursuant to Article 6 of Decree 122/2018/ND-CP of Vietnam stipulating specific standards for the title of Cultural family as follows:
- Be exemplary in observing the guidelines and policies of the Party; the laws of the State; actively participate in emulation movements of the locality where they reside, including the following standards:
+ Family members comply with the provisions of the law; not be disciplined at work and study;
+ Obey the conventions and conventions of the community where they reside;
+ Hanging the national flag during national holidays and political events as prescribed;
+ Participating in one of the cultural or artistic activities in the place of residence; regularly practice physical exercises and sports;
+ Carrying out a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals according to regulations;
+ Participate in the protection of historical - cultural relics, scenic spots, and natural landscapes of the locality;
+ Comply with regulations on environmental sanitation, dumping garbage and waste on time and in the right place;
+ Participating fully in charity and humanitarian movements, gratitude and gratitude, study promotion and talent promotion; community activities in the place of residence;
+ Not violating regulations on food hygiene and safety and disease prevention;

Pursuant to Article 7 of Decree 122/2018/ND-CP of Vietnam stipulating as follows:
Cases in which the title of Cultural Family is not considered
Family member violating one of the following fields:
1. Being examined for penal liability or subject to administrative handling measures in accordance with the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations.
2. Failure to fulfill military service and tax payment obligations.
3. Being sanctioned for administrative violations in the field of construction; fire prevention, fire-fighting and environmental protection.
4. Having child marriage or consanguineous marriage.
5. Having domestic violence is administratively sanctioned.
6. Having social evils, drugs, prostitution, theft, organizing gambling or gambling.
7. Participating in mass gatherings, causing insecurity, social order and safety.
