In some localities, the work of building school culture has not been properly and regularly paid attention by all levels and sectors; the implementation is still a formality, has not gone into depth; the coordination between schools, families, society and mass organizations in schools is not tight; The content and form of organizing school cultural education activities in some places are still inadequate and unattractive.

Which agencies and departments have the main responsibility in building school culture in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Directive 08/CT-TTg in 2022, the Prime Minister requested the following agencies and departments to strengthen the work of building school culture in Vietnam, including:
- Ministry of Education and Training
- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism
- Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs
- Police
- Ministry of Information and Communications
- The Ministry of Finance, based on the tasks and proposals of the Ministry of Education and Training, relevant ministries and central agencies, annually synthesizes and allocates state budget funds to central agencies to perform the task of building school culture in accordance with the ability to balance the state budget in accordance with the law on state budget.
