Based on the provisions of Article 11 Decree 130/2020/ND-CP, it is clearly stated as follows:
Disclosure of declarations at agencies, organizations, and units
1. The disclosure of declarations for individuals within the scope of control by the Asset and Income Control Agency as stipulated in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article 30 of the Anti-Corruption Law is implemented as follows:
a) Declarations of individuals holding the position of Deputy General Director or equivalent and above working at central agencies are posted at the headquarters of ministries, ministerial agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam or disclosed at meetings including leaders from the department level, division level, and equivalent positions;
Declarations of individuals holding the position of Division Head and equivalent positions or lower are posted at the unit or disclosed at meetings including leaders from the department level and above in the unit, where there is no department-level unit, at the unit's all-hands meeting. Declarations of other individuals are posted at the department, unit, or disclosed at meetings including all officials and public employees of the department, unit; if the department, unit has 50 or more persons and has teams, groups, the disclosure is made before all officials and public employees of such teams, groups;
b) Declarations of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson of the People's Council, People's Committee at all levels are posted at the headquarters of the People's Council, People's Committee or announced at meetings including all officials and public employees of the Office of the People's Council, Office of the People's Committee.
Declarations of individuals required to declare under provincial departments and authorities at the provincial level, departments and divisions at the district level are posted at the agency's headquarters or disclosed at meetings including all officials and public employees.
Declarations of individuals required to declare under the People's Council, People's Committee at the communal level are posted at the headquarters of the People's Council, People's Committee or disclosed at meetings including all commune officials;
c) Declarations of individuals working in state-owned enterprises are posted at the headquarters of the state-owned enterprise or disclosed at meetings including Members of the Member Council, Board of Directors, General Director, Deputy General Director, Chief Controller, Controllers, Chief Accountant, Heads of subordinate units of corporations, state-owned corporations, Chairperson of the Member Council, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, General Director, Directors of affiliated corporations, companies of the corporation, Heads of unions in state-owned corporations;
d) Declarations of individuals representing state capital at enterprises are posted or disclosed at meetings as stated in points a, b, and c of this clause.
2. The disclosure of declarations at meetings for individuals within the scope of control by the Asset and Income Control Agency as stipulated in Clauses 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Article 30 of the Anti-Corruption Law is implemented as provided in Clause 1 of this Article and guided by competent authorities.
3. Declarations must be disclosed no later than 05 days from the date the agency, organization, unit managing, and using the individual required to declare hands over the declarations to the Asset and Income Control Agency.
4. The posting period for declarations is 15 days. The posting location must ensure safety and convenience for reading the declarations.
The posting must be recorded in a report, which specifies the declarations posted, with the signature of the head of the agency, organization, unit, and a representative of the trade union.
5. The meeting to disclose declarations must ensure that at least 2/3 of the summoned persons are present. The meeting chairperson reads the declarations themselves or assigns someone to read the declarations or each individual reads their own declaration. The meeting minutes must record opinions, questions, and explanations regarding the content of the declarations (if any); signed by the meeting chairperson and a representative of the unit's trade union.
The disclosure of declarations at agencies, organizations, units is implemented as per the above regulations.

Based on the provisions of Article 23 Decree 130/2020/ND-CP, it clearly states about the public announcement of violation handling decisions as follows:
Public announcement of violation handling decisions
1. Disciplinary decisions against individuals violating regulations on asset and income control are publicly posted at the agency, organization, unit where the disciplined individual regularly works for a period of 15 days.
In addition to public posting, the competent person handling the discipline may choose to additionally announce it at the conference of officials and public employees, workers of the agency, organization, or post it on the agency's website.
2. The administrative penalty, criminal prosecution for other violations on asset and income control must be publicly announced as per the law.
According to the above regulations, disciplinary decisions against individuals violating asset and income control regulations are publicly posted at the agency, organization, unit where the disciplined individual regularly works for a period of 15 days.
What is the time limit for agencies, organizations, units to provide asset and income information?
Based on the provisions of Article 7 Decree 130/2020/ND-CP, it clearly states as follows:
Providing information of agencies, organizations, units
1. Time limit for providing information:
a) The requested individual must fulfill the request to provide information within 05 working days from the date of receiving the request;
b) In case the requested information is complex and not readily available, the time limit for providing the information is 15 working days from the date of receiving the request.
2. In cases where due to objective reasons the information cannot be provided or provided on time, the requested individual must send a written proposal to the requester for consideration and resolution.
The requested individual must comply with the decision of the requester to provide the information.
According to the above regulations, the time limit for agencies, organizations, units to provide asset and income information is as follows:
