Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 23 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP stipulates that candidates participating in the examination of the results of practicing law must not perform the following acts:
- Bring into the test room mobile phones, laptops, electronic computers with memory cards and compose documents or other means of transceiver, transmit, record, record, equipment containing information that can be used to take the test; weapons, toxic chemicals, incendiary and explosive substances, beer, alcohol and other documents and items other than those specified in Clause 2, Article 23 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP;

What is the form of handling violations with candidates participating in the examination of the results of practicing law in Vietnam?
Candidates who violate the provisions of Article 24 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP shall, depending on the nature and seriousness of their violations, be handled in one of the following forms:
(1) Reprimand
The form of reprimand applies to candidates who commit one of the following violations:
- Bring into the test room mobile phones, laptops, electronic computers with memory cards and compose documents or other means of transmitting, recording, recording, equipment containing information that can be used to take the test; weapons, toxic chemicals, incendiary and explosive substances, beer, alcohol and other documents and items other than those permitted to be brought into the inspection room;
- Smoking in the examination room;
- Incorrect number;
- Exchange in the examination room.
The form of reprimand is made by the member of the Examination Board and published at the examination room. Candidates who are reprimanded in any test subject will be deducted 25% of the score of that subject.
(2) Warning
The strike applies to candidates who engage in one of the following behaviors:

- Have one of the following behaviors:
+ Spinning the test or exchanging draft paper, test paper;
+ Use prohibited documents and items in the inspection room.
The form of warning is recorded by members of the Examination Committee and published at the examination room. Candidates who are warned in any test subject will be deducted 50% of the score of that subject.
(3) Suspension of inspection
The test suspension applies to candidates who have one of the following acts:
- Enter the examination room after 15 minutes after the publication of the written test;
- Reoffend when warned;
- Have one of the following behaviors:
+ Intentionally disrupting order and causing safety in the inspection room;
+ There are other acts that seriously violate decisions, rules, inspection regulations and relevant provisions of this Circular.
- Take the test outside the test room or receive answers from outside the test room during the test period.
The form of suspension of inspection shall be recorded by members of the Examination Committee, reported to the Chairman of the Inspection Council and announced at the examination room.
In case the candidate is recorded due to the use of documents, draft paper, items prohibited for use in the examination room, the member of the Examination Board must seize it.
Candidates who are dealt with by the form of test suspension are not allowed to continue to take the next test and have the results of the tests canceled.
What are the responsibilities of candidates who attend the examination of the results of practicing law in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 23 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTP, the responsibilities of candidates participating in the examination of the results of practicing law include:
- Be present at the prescribed time and present proof of identity before entering the inspection room;
- Sit in the correct number, keep order in the inspection room;
- Carefully check the number of pages and the quality of printed pages when receiving the test; if it is found that the test is missing pages or torn, damaged, blurred or blurred, it must be immediately reported to the supervisor in the inspection room, at least 10 minutes from the time of issuing the test test;
