+ Lawyer training: 2,000 people/year, including training international integration lawyers: 100 - 150 people/year, high-quality lawyer training: 120 - 200 people/year.
+ Notary public training: 1,000 people/year, including high-quality notary public training: 100 - 150 people/year.
+ Joint training of judges, prosecutors, and lawyers: 200 people/year.
+ Civil judgment execution training: 150 people/year.
+ Auctioneer training: 100 people/year.
+ Notary public training: 100 people/year.
+ Pilot joint training on civil judgment execution and notary public: From 2023 to 2025, 50 - 60 people per year.

According to Point b, Clause 3, Article 1 of Decision 1155/QD-TTg in 2022 on the training targets of the Judicial Academy for the period from 2022-2025 as follows:

+ Lawyer training: 300 people/year.
+ Notary public training: 300 people/year.
+ Training for notaries public: 50 people/year.
+ Judgment execution training for accounting staff: 100 people/year.
+ Training for judicial - civil status officers: 200 people/year.
+ Training according to official rank standards: 1,150 people/year.
+ Training according to public employee professional standards: 50 people/year.
+ Pre-appointment leadership and management training: 500 people/year.
+ Training in knowledge, skills, and professional expertise according to job position requirements: 1,600 people/year.
+ Training in legal knowledge and improving law application skills for officials and public employees working in legal affairs, legal frameworks of ministries, central authorities and local authorities, corporations, enterprises nationwide: 1,000 people/year.
+ Legal English training for judicial titles, officials and public employees and according to societal needs: 100 - 150 people/year.
+ Research on expanding training for commercial arbitrators, commercial mediators, and other judicial assisting positions.

Some Specific Objectives under the Scheme "Continue Developing the Judicial Academy into a Major Center for Training Judicial Titles"?
Based on Point b, Clause 3, Article 1 of Decision 1155/QD-TTg in 2022 on specific tasks for the period from 2022-2025 as follows:
- Regarding training and fostering quality:
+ Develop 05 new training programs, develop and revise 16 fostering programs, develop training and fostering programs for judicial titles, judicial assisting positions, officials and public employees, personnel working in legal affairs and legal frameworks, ensuring interconnection between training and fostering programs within the Judicial Academy, among the Judicial Academy and other law schools and legal professional training institutions.
+ Continue to perfect and enhance the quality of the training and fostering material system to meet the teaching - learning needs through direct methods, online methods (E-Learning), and blended methods (Blended-Learning), relevant to the requirements of the Industry 4.0 revolution. Strive to digitize 50% of lectures and 70% of textbooks, case files in the training and fostering programs of the Judicial Academy by 2025.
+ Apply advanced, modern teaching - learning methods closely associated with the robust application of information technology.
+ Expand the team of regular lecturers to 85, of which lecturers who have previously held judicial titles account for about 20% of the total regular lecturers. Standardize the team of visiting lecturers based on reviewing, selecting outstanding, reputable, experienced lecturers; at the same time, develop suitable incentive policies and regularly organize pedagogy training and fostering sessions for the team of visiting lecturers.
+ Perfect the set of tools to control and evaluate the training and fostering quality of the Judicial Academy. From 2022 to 2025, organize internal self-assessments within the Judicial Academy as a basis for self-adjustment and development.
+ Promote application-oriented scientific research activities to serve the training and fostering tasks of judicial titles and personnel working in legal affairs.
- Regarding institutional construction: Research and propose the completion of legal institutions on training and fostering judicial titles, judicial assisting positions, officials and public employees, personnel working in legal affairs, legal frameworks.
- Regarding international cooperation: Continue to strengthen existing international cooperation relationships, proactively connect and expand cooperation with training institutions, scientific research institutions of countries inside and outside the region, and other international organizations; enhance exchanges, learning of advanced, modern training technologies.
