- For employees who apply the form of weekly or daily wage or product or package wage, the wage of these forms of payment, if converted by month or hourly, must not be lower than the region-based minimum wage per month/hour. The wage converted by month or hourly on the basis of normal working hours selected by the employer in accordance with the labor law as follows:

+ The monthly converted wage is equal to the weekly wage multiplied by 52 weeks divided by 12 months; or the daily wage multiplied by the number of normal working days in a month; or the wage by product, the wage paid in the normal working hours of the month.

+ The hourly converted wage is equal to the weekly and daily wage divided by the number of normal working hours in a week or a day; or product-based wage, package wage divided by the number of hours worked during normal working hours to produce products or perform contracted tasks.

In enterprises with a large number of workers, where disputes often arise, appoint officials to understand the situation and guide the grassroots trade union in the process of adjusting the region-based minimum wage and the region-based minimum wage per hour, avoid labor disputes leading to collective cessation of work.
