In Announcement 663/TB-BTC in 2022, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam has issued a plan to recruit civil servants from the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam. Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam recruits 117 civil servants in 2022 in the positions of specialists, librarians, archivists, and administrative staff.
Regarding professional qualifications for the above-mentioned positions, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam stipulates as follows:
- Specialist position: Have a university (bachelor's) or postgraduate diploma in training disciplines and majors (indicated on a diploma or transcript) in accordance with the requirements of each vacancy.
- Librarian position: Have an undergraduate (bachelor's) or postgraduate diploma in the disciplines, majoring in clerical - archival, archival, archival studies and office administration. In case of having a university diploma in another major, it must have a certificate of fostering clerical skills issued by a competent training institution or have a college diploma, intermediate branch or major in administrative clerical, clerical - archival and archival letters.
- Archivist position: Have an undergraduate (bachelor's) or postgraduate degree in archiving. In case of graduating from a university or higher in another major, a certificate of archival training issued by a competent training institution, or a college or intermediate diploma in archiving.
- Administrative officer position: Have a college diploma or higher in the disciplines and majors of training (indicated on the diploma or transcript) in accordance with the requirements of the vacancy.

What does the application for civil servants of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam in 2022 include?
Based on the contents of Section II of Notice 663/TB-BTC in 2022, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam stipulates that the dossier of registration for recruitment of civil servants of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam in 2022 includes:
(1) Application form for recruitment of civil servants (according to the attached form and instructions).
Applicants must declare the instructions indicated in the form, can be handwritten or typed but must sign on each page of the registration form.
(2) Copies of graduation diplomas and academic results (Doctor, Master, University, photocopy, do not require attestation, notarization, copying.
- For diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions, when submitting applications for admission, candidates need to submit copies of diplomas and academic results and wooden tables recognizing diplomas equivalent to the training level specified in the Vietnam National Qualifications Framework as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.
In case the diploma is exempted from carrying out the procedures for recognition of diplomas as prescribed in Article 5 of Circular 13/2021/TT-BGDDT, candidates must submit documents proving that the diploma is exempt from carrying out the procedures for recognition of diplomas as prescribed
- For candidates who have graduated but have not been granted a degree by a training institution, when applying for recruitment of civil servants, they can submit a report of academic results, certificate or confirmation of graduation, wait for the degree of the training institution and must submit an additional diploma before the entrance exam date. In case before the official entrance exam date, candidates who have not supplemented their diploma will not be able to take the exam.
(3) For candidates exempted from the foreign language test, ask the candidate to submit a photocopy of one of the documents:
+ Diploma for applicants with diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions (training in English) and recognized in Vietnam as prescribed when submitting documents as prescribed in Point (2) of this Section (above).
+ Diploma for applicants who have graduated from University or Graduate School majoring in English.
(4) For applicants who are the priority subjects of recruitment of civil servants, copies (photocopies - without attestation) of documents proving the subjects and convenience mentioned in Point 5, Section I (above), specifically:
- For Heroes of the Armed Forces, Heroes of Labor, invalids, policy beneficiaries such as invalids, class B invalids, children of martyrs, children of invalids, children of policy beneficiaries such as invalids, children of class B invalids, offspring of resistance activists contaminated with chemical toxins, child Hero of the Armed Forces, child Hero of Labor one of the following papers:

- For ethnic minorities: Submit a birth certificate stating the ethnic minority, in case the birth certificate does not specify the ethnic composition, the copy of the household registration book and citizen identity card is submitted.
(5) Three envelopes with stamps and stating the full name and address of the recipient (candidate or relative); 02 photos (size 4cm x 6cm) taken in the nearest time, from 03 months to the time of notification.
