Scope, subjects and form of competition to build digital teaching equipment in Vietnam for the first time, 2022
According to Article 2 Regulations of the first digital teaching equipment construction contest, in 2022, issued together with Decision 1338/QD-BGDĐT in 2022, stipulating the scope, subjects and form of competition as follows:
- Scope: The contest is held nationwide.
- Contestants
+ Interested individuals or groups of individuals residing in Vietnam can submit products to the Contest (hereinafter referred to as the authors); individuals under the age of 18 when participating in the Contest must obtain the consent of their guardians;
+ Members of the Steering Committee, the Organizing Committee, the Secretariat assisting the Organizing Committee and the Evaluation Council are not allowed to participate in the contest.
- Format of competition: Authors can enter the contest in the form of individuals or groups of authors. A group of authors does not exceed 03 (three) members.

Requirements for the product of the first contest to build digital teaching equipment in Vietnam in 2022?
Pursuant to Article 3, Regulations of the first digital teaching equipment construction contest, in 2022, issued together with Decision 1338/QD-BGDĐT in 2022 stipulating the products for the contest to build teaching equipment digitally printed in Vietnam for the first time. - The contest product is a teaching device that is built/designed/digitized for use entirely or partially in the digital environment for teaching and learning at general and continuing education institutions. . Specifically:
+ Teaching materials: Set of pictures, video clips;
+ Simulation software, virtual experiment;
+ Experimental equipment is connected and can be interacted on the computer;
+ Products that do not fall under points a, b, c of Clause 1 of this Article but can be used in the digital environment to enhance the learner's experience and can replace traditional teaching equipment.
- Requirements for contested products
+ Contest products must ensure scientific, aesthetic and pedagogical qualities, in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training on the objectives, requirements, content and teaching methods of the 2018 General Education Program as well as such as Circular 37/2021/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training promulgating the list of minimum teaching equipment at primary school level, Circular 38/2021/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training promulgating the list of minimum grade teaching equipment of the Ministry of Education and Training. lower secondary schools and Circular 39/2021/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training promulgating the list of minimum teaching equipment for upper secondary schools;
+ The product can replace traditional teaching equipment or experimental equipment/tools that cannot be used in the classroom;
+ Contest products do not violate the provisions of Intellectual Property Law and relevant legal regulations (if any).
Time to organize the first contest to build digital teaching equipment in Vietnam in 2022?
Pursuant to Article 4, Regulations of the 1st No.1 teaching equipment construction contest in 2022, promulgated together with Decision 1338/QD-BGDĐT in 2022, stipulates:
- The time to receive products for the contest is from July 1, 2022 to the end of August 15, 2022.
- Time to complete the product evaluation in the Preliminary Round: before October 1, 2022.
- The time for receiving social votes for contested products at the Contest's website is from October 10, 2022 to October 25, 2022.
Instructions for registering and submitting products to the 1st Vietnam digital teaching equipment construction competition, 2022
Pursuant to Article 6, Regulations of the first teaching equipment construction competition No. 1, 2022, issued together with Decision 1338/QD-BGDĐT in 2022, guiding the registration and submission of products for the competition to build teaching equipment. The first issue in Vietnam, 2022, is as follows:
"Article 6. Registration and submission of contest products
1. Contest products must be registered and submitted online at the Contest's website : http://tbdhs.moet.gov.vn
2. Contents to be submitted:
a) The data file containing the contest product: The contest product (digital teaching device) is packaged as a compressed file (.zip). For contested products, which is to connect practical lab equipment to a computer, the actual product must be submitted/presented upon request from the Competition Organizing Committee or the Preliminary/Final Round Evaluation Committee. ;
b) Description of the contest product: containing full information on the design and description of the contested product, a description of its applicability and practicality in teaching and learning, which is saved in the format .pdf;
c) Video clip, product application in the teaching and learning process, published in one of the following formats: .MP4 (duration no more than 10 minutes).
3. For products submitted by group of authors: the author group uses the account of a member of the group to register for the contest product; When registering the product, it is necessary to fill in the information of the members of the author group and the information according to the instructions.
4. Authors may register for one or more entries. Each product can only be registered once.
5. When registering for the contest, the author must choose the registration unit as the Department of Education and Training where the author is working, studying and working."
