- Education institutions in the city area fully update information, data, changes in the school year 2021-2022 to make statistics until the end of the school year and submit statistical reports at the end of the school year 2021- 2022 (EMIS report) to superiors, and at the same time, extract the EMIS report form already integrated on the System, sign and stamp to ensure the legality of the data and send it to the Department of Education and Training. How does the education sector report?
According to Article 3 of Circular 24/2018/TT-BGDDT, it is stipulated as follows:
“Article 3. Contents of the statistical reporting regime”
The contents of the report comply with Appendix I and Appendix II issued together with this Circular.
1. Reporting unit: recorded in the upper right corner of each statistical form.

- Statistical reports on preschool education, general education, continuing education, and education with disabilities are made in two reporting periods each year:
+ The reporting period at the beginning of the school year: The reporting time is September 30, the deadline for submitting the report is October 30 every year.
+ The reporting period at the end of the school year: The reporting time is May 31, the deadline for submitting the report is June 30 every year.
- Statistical reports on higher education, college-level teacher training, intermediate-level and pre-university teacher training, 1 reporting period per year: The reporting time is May 31. 12, the deadline for submitting reports is January 15 of each year;
d) Unscheduled statistical report:
Unscheduled statistical reports are made to help the Ministry of Education and Training collect information in addition to the collected and aggregated statistical information according to the periodical statistical reporting regime. The content of the unexpected statistical report shall comply with the written request of the Ministry of Education and Training.
5. Report submission method
a) Statistical reports are made in two forms: in writing and through the electronic reporting system;
b) Paper reports must be signed and stamped by the head of the reporting unit to facilitate the inspection, comparison and data processing. An electronic written report can be presented in one of two forms: a pdf of a paper document or an electronic file authenticated by the digital signature of the head of the reporting agency or unit.
As such, the report can be submitted in paper or electronic form. The deadline for submitting the first report of the school year is October 30 of each year and the deadline for submitting the end of the school year is June 30 of each year.
