- Autonomy in the methods of performing assigned tasks.- Participation in professional matters of the unit.- Provided with directive and executive information of the organization within the scope of assigned tasks.- Request to provide information and assess the authenticity of information serving the assigned tasks.- Participate in meetings inside and outside the agency as assigned by the leader.

Qualification requirements

- Possession of senior-level political theory diploma or senior-level political-administrative theory diploma or an equivalent political theory level confirmation by a competent authority. || Training, certification | - Possession of a certification in state management knowledge and skills for senior specialist cadre or an equivalent senior-level political-administrative theory diploma;
- Basic information technology skills;
- Proficiency in a foreign language at level 4 according to the Vietnamese language competency framework. || Experience (work achievements) | - Having held the position of principal specialist or equivalent for at least 6 years, of which at least 1 year (12 full months) in the role of principal specialist.
- Leading the development and evaluation of at least 2 legal documents or research projects, plans, programs on domestic trade management at ministry and central authority level or provincial level entrusted by the employing agency; approved or accepted by competent authorities. || Personal qualities | - Absolute loyalty, trust, and serious adherence to the policies of the Communist Party, state laws, and working regulations of the agency.
