“Article 5. Working means of the market surveillance force”
1. Means of work in service of specialized inspection, inspection and handling of administrative violations of the market surveillance force include: Automobiles with titles according to regulations; cars in service of general work; special-use cars: trucks, pickup trucks, cars with over 16 seats, cars equipped with laboratories, other special-used cars serving specific tasks; motorbikes, speedboats; walkie-talkies, measuring and quick-testing equipment, specialized equipment, information technology equipment, electronics, machinery, office equipment and other professional technical means and equipment according to work requirements and in accordance with the law.
2. Working means of the market surveillance force shall be managed and used in accordance with working requirements, standards, norms and decentralization in accordance with the law on surveillance and use of public property. and the law on handling of administrative violations.”
Accordingly, the market surveillance force will be supported in the specialized inspection and examination tasks, and handling administrative violations such as cars, trucks and pickups, vehicles with laboratories, and high-powered boats, specialized equipment, professional techniques, etc.

With the support of means and tools to carry out specialized inspection and examination, the market surveillance force must also have the task of protecting, managing and using those supporting means and tools in accordance with the provisions of the law. Pursuant to Article 6 of Decree 33/2022/ND-CP stipulates as follows:
“Article 6. surveillance and use of supporting tools of the market surveillance force”
The equipping, management, use, repair, transportation, classification, liquidation and destruction of combat gears for subjects of the market surveillance force shall comply with the provisions of law on management and use of weapons, explosives and support tools.”
Standard for distributing uniforms and signs of the market surveillance force?
In addition to supporting means and tools when conducting specialized inspection and examination in market management, the market surveillance force will also be supported in the allocation of costumes, signs, and insignia for civil servants working at market surveillance agencies at all levels. “Article 13. Standards and deadlines for issuance of uniforms, signboards and insignia for civil servants working at market management agencies at all levels
1. Short-sleeve shirts are issued 02 pieces in 01 year/ 01 civil servant. In case of first issuance, it is granted: 04 units / 01 civil servants.
2. Long-sleeve shirts are issued 02 pieces in 01 year/ 01 civil servant. Shirts worn in jackets are issued 02 pieces in 01 year in 01 civil servants. In case of first issuance, it is granted: 04 units of each type for 01 civil servants.
3. Jackets for men and coats for women: 01 pcs/02 years/ 01 civil servants. In case of first issuance, it is granted: 02 units/ 1 civil servant.
4. Overcoat: 01 pcs/04 year/01 civil servant, vest and windbreaker: 01 piece/02 year/01 civil servant, cotton shirt: 01 piece/4 year/01 civil servant,
5. Men's casual pants: 02 pieces / 01 year / 01 civil servant. In case of first issuance, it is granted: 04 units / 1 civil servant,
6. Casual pants or skirts for women: 02 pcs/01 year/01 civil servant. In case of first issuance, it is granted: 04 units / 1 civil servant,
7. Tie: 01 piece/02 years/ 01 civil servant, In case of first issuance, it is granted: 02 pieces/ 01 civil servant.
8. Ke-pi hats (men), soft hats (women), cotton hats and badges attached to branches: 01 pcs/4 year/01 civil servant.
9. Signboard: 02 pieces / 01 civil servants. In case the signboard is damaged or lost, a replacement will be issued.
10, Rank: 02 sets of 01 civil servants. In case a civil servant has a change in his or her leadership position, the rank of civil servant or the rank of a civil servant is damaged or lost, a replacement title may be granted.
11. Other costumes: a) Belt: 01 piece/year/ 01 civil servant; b) Leather shoes: 01 pair/ 01 year/ 01 civil servant; c) All: 04 to 01 year/01 civil servant; d) Motorcycle helmets: 01 piece/02 years/1 public servant; dd) Briefcase: 01 pcs/02 years/ 01 civil servants.
12. Based on the specific weather conditions in each region, the Director General of the General Department of Market Management shall decide to change the distribution of jackets, coats, windbreakers, and cotton shirts to other clothes for each area. public servants but must not exceed the unit price of clothing approved by the competent authority.”

Decree 33/2022/ND-CP takes effect from July 15, 2022.
